Located just 5 miles from I-77 in the burgeoning wine country of the Yadkin Valley, this 3 bedroom turn-of-the-century farmhouse is a literal stone’s throw away from the crystal clear waters of one of the best trout streams in North Carolina. The two-story house has a full kitchen and dining room, 2-½ baths, satellite TV, wireless internet and, best of all, a large front porch. Situated on a 270 acre tract, this property has abundant wildlife, including wild turkey, deer, kingfishers, red-tailed hawks, great blue herons, ospreys, and, of course, Brook, Rainbow and Brown trout, along with miles of hiking trails. Hunting isn't allowed on our property, but we're located only minutes from the Mitchell River Game Lands.
