The Mitchell River House

The house has three bedrooms:

Upstairs - The master room has a king bed with a full bath. The bunk room has two full-size beds and a twin bed.
Downstairs - Queen bed with a private full bath. Our home sleeps eight, with two large living areas for the whole family to relax.

The house has a wonderful modern kitchen, with a huge workspace for assistant cooks. Here, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your family. Kitchen table seats eight.

Outside, it’s a short walk down the driveway for the best trout fishing in North Carolina!

Get immersed in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, all of which can be enjoyed while sitting down in the Party Barn. The barn consists of a 16 ft. deck along with restrooms. Come and see how beautifully it can meet your expectations.

Rates and Reservations

Mitchell River House Rental Rates

One Day: $400.00
Two to Five Days:  $350 each
Week (Seven Days, Six Nights): $1700.00
(6% NC Occupancy Tax and $150 cleaning fee in addition to all rates)

Mitchell River House Details
Check-in time is 12:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is 2:00 p.m. or earlier.
Cancellation Policy: Seven days prior to arrival. House sleeps eight guests comfortably.

No Pets or Smoking Allowed

  • Reservations can be made by phone or email.
  • Payments accepted via personal check, cash, venmo, or zelle.
  • Credit card payment accepted on VRBO.
